In Sterling Ridge the homes are just a few years old and has very diverse pricing in homes starting in the 150’s range up to over 5 million. You can purchase or rent single family homes, town homes and apartments. Driving along Woodlands Parkway to the Village of Sterling Ridge, you come to a lovely shopping center first, Sterling Ridge Shopping Center. Perry’s Restaurant is located here, famous for their roast pork. It does resemble the size of Sunday dinner that you had as a kid with your family, so plan on taking some home with you. It’s certainly worth ordering and melts in your mouth. A very casual village, people like to walk around, hang out and drink coffee at the Starbucks in front of the grocery store. Once you come home to The Woodlands you do not have to leave again. When you want to go out for the evening, you just go down to the local restaurants and shops.
