Grogan’s Mill is the home of The Woodlands TPC Country Club, host of Insperity Invitational golf tournament. The first village in The Woodlands to have homes built. As such this village is the most treed of all the villages with lush forestry at the beginning of the Texas Piney Woods.

The homes in Grogan’s Mill vary in from the $120,000 range to over $4 million (in the Estates of Grogan’s Point). There is something for everyone in Grogan’s Mill as it has an abundance of older homes that are very affordable.

Since this is the oldest village in The Woodlands, many homes have been renovated or are in the process of being renovated. The pricing of the homes are reasonable compared to new construction and the lots tend to be quite large.
